Our production partners’ factories are all in accordance with ISO9001 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. From dustless workshops to regulating emissions, we have ensured the most friendly and beneficial treatment of our product and the planet.
RELX’s exclusive factory has four floors with an area of more than 20,000 square meters. The first floor is packaging and storage. The second floor is primarily for the assembly of batteries and vape rods. The third and fourth floors are vape cartridge workshops. With more than 4,000 workers on different production lines, ours is currently the world’s largest exclusive vape factory. RELX’s factory benchmarks are even higher than many food companies: in our efforts to ensure that our vape cartridges are produced in the most sanitary conditions possible, we have attained 100,000 ISO-compliant cleanrooms for our workshop.
We hope to use this exclusive factory to consolidate superior internal and external resources at all stages of the manufacturing process. By developing a closer relationship between design, R&D, and production, we have guaranteed that all stages — such as quality control, material sourcing, production, and finalization — are as effective as possible. With 58 inspection procedures, we have the most stringent sample inspection process in the entire industry. We consume more than 2 million cartridges a year for quality sampling. This alone exceeds the total number of cartridges sold by most vape brands in a year.
